About the role

The successful applicant will likely also have previous experience in core AML functions such as customer risk rating and transaction monitoring both in implementation, ongoing calibration, best practices and management. The role is heavily data driven and requires someone very analytical to drive the strategy. • Play a crucial role in supporting the growth and scalability of the business.

  • Take ownership and drive the metrics within your area, helping define success and the path to achieve it.

  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders (and in particular compliance) throughout the organization to deeply understand problems, identify opportunities, and explore potential solutions.

  • Effectively manage stakeholders, knowing when to listen and when to deliver challenging messages.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive product decisions and features.
