This role will own pricing and packaging UX, delivering a best in class consumer purchasing experience grounded in simplification of complex pricing across top of funnel journeys for prospective customers doing initial price configuration through purchase. Because this role sits at the intersecion of marketing surfaces on our frontsite into our sales and product experience, we are looking for an experienced designer who has demonstrable visual and interaction design experience focused on price configuration and conversion optimization across both sales and marketing led acquisition.

What You’ll Do
Set Vision & Strategy: Co-create the roadmap for pricing and packaging experiences across the top of our acquisition funnel and seamless transition prospects into customers through our buying journeys in partnership with PMM, PM and engineering peers.
Drive Alignment: Use compelling journey scenarios, flows, and design craft to influence strategy and motivate cross-functional teams.
AI-Enabled Design: Bring AI-first concepts to accelerate outcomes and elevate product experiences.
Collaborate Deeply: Partner with researchers, content designers, and engineers to refine, test, and deliver iterative solutions.
Design with Autonomy: Own your work end-to-end, using our Trellis design system for speed, efficiency, and scalability.
Mentor & Contribute: Support junior designers and help grow HubSpot’s UX culture of craft, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
