Senior Product Designer II - Global Home
About the Role
HubSpot is building a Global Homepage — a new, foundational experience that reimagines how millions of customers engage with HubSpot every day. It’s a defining opportunity to create a focused, actionable space that helps businesses get work done, uncover insights, and discover new ways to grow.
As a Senior Product Designer II, you’ll lead design for the Global Homepage and shape how customers experience HubSpot as a unified platform. You’ll help define the vision, design scalable systems, and create intuitive, intelligent experiences that empower customers to succeed.
Your work will be highly visible across the company, guide the future of HubSpot’s core platform, and set a new standard for how customers use HubSpot to get meaningful work done every day.
What You’ll Do
Design HubSpot’s first-ever Global Homepage: Lead design for a new experience that defines how customers start their day and get things done, and grow in HubSpot.
Shape the future of HubSpot’s platform: Build the design foundations and systems that help product teams surface the right content and create consistent, connected experiences for customers.
Use AI thoughtfully: Design experiences that apply AI to real customer needs — helping people focus, act, and grow through useful insights and automation, while maintaining trust and transparency at every step.
Collaborate across teams: Work closely with PMs, engineers, and other designers to ensure a cohesive, scalable experience.
Design for clarity and growth: Create experiences that simplify complexity — helping businesses of all sizes quickly see what matters and take action.
Iterate quickly: Experiment, test, and refine designs as the team learns and evolves product-market fit.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for a designer who thrives in complexity, connects vision to execution, and knows how to influence across teams. You might be a great fit if you have:
Systems thinking: You see how all the pieces fit together and design frameworks that help teams build cohesive, scalable experiences across HubSpot.
Information architecture: You make the complex feel clear — organizing information so customers can quickly find what they need and focus on what matters most.
Interaction design: You turn complicated workflows into intuitive, efficient experiences that help customers get real work done with confidence.
Cross-functional collaboration: You enjoy bringing people together — aligning teams around a shared vision and helping everyone move in the same direction.
Autonomy and ownership: You’re comfortable leading through ambiguity, building trust, and driving impact without needing a lot of hand-holding.
Data-informed design: You pair curiosity with evidence — using research and data to guide decisions and understand what’s truly making a difference.
Why You’ll Love This Role
Make history: Help design HubSpot’s first-ever Global Homepage — a defining moment for our platform that will shape how millions of customers start their day and get work done.
Thoughtfully leverage AI to solve real problems: Within the Global Homepage, design how intelligence can simplify key moments — surfacing the right insights, automating routine tasks, and helping customers take action with confidence.
Design with impact: Define how HubSpot feels to use — turning complexity into clarity and helping businesses of all sizes work smarter and grow faster.
Design for leverage: Create scalable systems and patterns that amplify your impact, helping teams across HubSpot build cohesive, high-quality experiences.
