As a Senior Product Designer in Fintech, you’ll focus on how pricing and packaging impacts our billing and buying journeys, working closely with finance and revenue strategy partners as well as your product and engineering partners. This product area orchestrates seamless purchasing with and without sales-assisted processes - a unique opportunity to create value for the business as well as end customers at scale! This experience will scale over time to support complex functionality to enables HubSpot’s go-to-market efforts. You’ll be crafting solutions for high impact moments in our internal users’ and our customers’ journey.
Here’s what success in your role looks like
Co-create a shared strategy, vision, and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area in partnership with product management and engineering peers
Drive alignment, set goals, and drive understanding and motivation with your partners and team, leveraging compelling journey scenarios, information architecture, interaction flows, and visual designs to tell the story.
Bring AI first concepts to the table in order to align scope, speed, and quality as a driver of outcomes
Proactively collaborate closely with your team, researchers and content designers to create, refine, and iterate on new and existing experiences
Own your work. Design autonomously and with customer experience in mind to develop your POV on your design solutions, using our Trellis design system for a fast, efficient process with fewer handoffs.
Mentor other designers as you play an active role in growing HubSpot’s UX team and culture
