Build End-to-End Pipelines: Define workflows from creative brief to asset launch, including clear RACI ownership, localization etc, by project type/tier.
Define & Implement Best Practices for Collaboration: Work with various cross-functional teams like community, PR, legal and development teams to establish and maintain feedback workflows and rituals.
Manage Marketing Deliverables: Track milestones, approvals, and content readiness to ensure on-time, high-quality outputs of GTM deliverables.
Manage Creative Partners: Support vendor selection (RFP to onboarding), maintain partner relationships, and align resources across pipelines.
Embed Best Practices: Introduce proven frameworks for live-service content calendars (seasonal events, mid-game updates) and GTM campaigns (trailers, launch assets, post-launch support), defining KPIs and feedback loops.
Be Hands-On: Step in to troubleshoot, document processes, or directly support teams when needed.
What You’ll Bring
At least 5 years of production experience in the video game industry, including a minimum of 3 years specifically with a video game publisher.
Deep expertise in live-service operations (season passes, seasonal events, community drops) and end-to-end GTM campaign execution.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining publishing pipelines, asset approval processes, and RACI for marketing deliverables.
Proven track record of delivering results, coupled with a strong passion for effectively using and collaborating with various applications (e.g., Google Suite, Asana, etc.) to drive project success, adapting as necessary to meet job demands.
Demonstrated ability to develop comprehensive schedules, monitor task progress and deliverables, and achieve timely completion of project objectives. Proven experience in organizing activities and providing oversight to ensure project adherence and meet deadlines.
Experience working with leadership teams in a fast-paced, agile environment. The ideal candidate will approach the job with a great sense of urgency, enjoy taking the initiative, thrive at juggling multiple priorities, and seamlessly shift gears as needed.
