We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in lead generation for home services businesses, particularly in the Restoration industry. Our clients trust us to deliver qualified, exclusive leads using Google Ads, Local Service Ads (LSA), GMB Optimization, and AI-enhanced systems that drive consistent ROI.
We're now looking for a very senior-level strategist who can take our client acquisition engine to the next level. This is a high-responsibility, high-impact role.
Who We're Looking For
You are a proven Google Ads expert with high-level strategic thinking, deep experience in Home Services lead generation, and a strong understanding of conversion optimization, platform integration, and campaign feedback loops.
You’ve run high-volume Google Ads and LSA campaigns (50–100 accounts), implemented conversion tracking across multiple platforms (e.g., CallRail, GHL, CRM systems), and have a track record of scaling qualified leads while keeping CPLs stable.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Google Ads and LSA strategy across 50–100 client accounts in Home Services.
- Create and oversee high-converting campaign structures, ad copy, bidding strategies, and retargeting systems.
- Oversee Google My Business (GMB) optimizations both on the on-page and local SEO side.
- Monitor and guide landing page CRO best practices (even though you’re not designing them).
- Ensure conversion tracking is accurate across Google Tag Manager, CallRail, GoHighLevel, and all backend CRM integrations.
- Lead and document feedback loops between platforms such as Google Ads, GoHighLevel, and CallRail.
- Understand and guide high-level SEO and keyword strategy (not execution, but directionally sound advice).
- Integrate and advise on AI tools to enhance performance, optimize bidding, or streamline workflows.
- Provide clear reporting and insights using tools like Looker Studio (Data Studio), GA4, and platform dashboards.
- Communicate with team members (PPC team, account managers, copywriters) to ensure strategy alignment.
- Stay on top of algorithm changes, platform shifts, and direct response trends.
Must-Have Experience
- Minimum 5+ years experience in Google Ads, LSA, and performance marketing.
- Direct experience with home services lead generation (e.g., water damage, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, remodeling).
- Proven ability to manage 50–100 Google Ads accounts with efficient processes and quality control.
- Mastery of conversion tracking and tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, CallRail, UTM logic, etc.).
- Experience optimizing or directing GMB pages for both performance and local SEO.
- High-level familiarity with GHL (Go High Level) or similar CRMs for lead handling & feedback.
- Comfortable communicating and integrating with internal teams to ensure attribution accuracy.
- Understanding of direct response principles and how ad copy + landing pages influence conversion.
- Familiarity with AI-enhanced campaign tools or experimentation with ChatGPT, Performance Max, etc.
What You’ll Need to Provide to Apply
- Case studies or proof of performance for prior Google Ads / LSA campaigns in the home services space.
- Screenshots, reports, or detailed summaries (CPL, lead volume, ROI, etc.) – we must verify real-world impact.
- At least 2 references from agencies or companies you’ve done this type of work for.
- Willingness to go through a paid trial audit or build to test capability.
This Role is NOT for You If:
- You’ve never run campaigns for home services or similar lead-gen niches.
- You’re only comfortable managing 5–10 accounts at a time.
- You can't explain or verify the success of your past campaigns.
- You don’t understand how conversion tracking or feedback loops work.
- You're only tactical and can't think at a systems level.
