Senior People Systems Analyst

You’re a systems thinker, process optimizer, and a force behind seamless operations. You have a knack for transforming complexity into clarity and love designing workflows that just work at scale. You’re deeply fluent in People systems like Rippling and 15Five, and you treat data accuracy, security, and automation as non-negotiables. At Invisible, you’ll be trusted to architect and evolve the systems that power our builder lifecycle enabling better decisions, stronger collaboration, and a better experience for every builder. You’ll work closely with the People team, Hiring team, Finance team, Legal team, and various business stakeholders. The role will report to the Senior Manager, People & Recruiting Systems and dotted line report into the Head of People Operations.
What You’ll Do
As our Senior People Systems Analyst, you’ll play a central role in shaping the infrastructure behind our global workforce. You’ll:
Partner with People Systems on executing the People Systems strategy and roadmap.
Evolve our HRIS (Rippling), serving as the primary technical and functional expert, handling configuration, business process enhancements, and issue resolution.
Design and implement automations and workflows that reduce manual work and eliminate friction in the builder lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).
Work with the relevant teams on rolling out 15Five modules.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all systems, driving clean data practices, rigorous audits, and proactive error resolution.
Partner closely with the broader People team, Finance and Accounting, Hiring, and IT to align on headcount data, compensation workflows, and system integrations.
Lead data security and compliance efforts, ensuring the right people have access to the right data.
Design and scale processes for critical People programs, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and organizational changes.
Support technical troubleshooting across all People tools and related integrations, escalating as needed and documenting solutions.
Contribute to broader IT administration efforts as needed, especially around provisioning, deprovisioning, and user lifecycle management.
Stay on top of emerging trends in HR tech, systems, and security, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
What We Need
6+ years in a People Systems or HRIS role, ideally within a fast-paced or start-up environment.
2+ years of deep, hands-on experience with Rippling at a company of 300+ workers
Experience with additional HCMs (e.g., Workday, UKG, Sage, etc.)
Experience with best-in-class modern systems, such as 15Five
Demonstrated success in building workflow automations and improving cross-functional processes.
A proven track record of maintaining data privacy, compliance, and security standards.
Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and other remote-first productivity tools.
Knowledge of corporate IT systems administration is a strong plus.
A highly organized, detail-driven working style

$122,000—$135,000 USD

$111,000—$123,500 USD
