About This Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced healthcare marketing professional to join our European team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the International Marketing Organization and support the adoption of the Zio ® service in five countries the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, and Spain.

We are a small team of like-minded people, with extensive experience in driving the adoption of medical technology innovations to markets globally. Our work environment is fast-paced and collaborative. Most of all, we are passionate about improving the quality of healthcare delivery as well as the patient experience.

Please note: This role is remote; however, it is exclusively open to candidates residing in Switzerland

Responsibilities

The Senior Marketing Manager has a key role within the international organisation. They will work with cross functional partners including sales, marketing, medical affairs, clinical, and market access in the US and Europe to create educational strategies and executional plans to drive Zio adoption among HCPs and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify adoption barriers and work cross-functionally to design educational programs for internal and external stakeholders to address market needs

  • Partner with Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Product teams to translate complex clinical and economic data into compelling educational tools and field enablement campaigns for commercial use.

  • Partner with Medical Affairs to develop and implement peer to peer educational programs to overcome adoption barriers

  • Work with country commercial leaders to understand local needs to Drive and execute regional dissemination strategies to communicate clinical evidence to key audiences, including physicians, administrators, and KOLs.

  • Collaborate with Clinical and Market Access teams to plan and implement dissemination initiatives around major conferences and publications

  • Develop and execute educational programs to articulate the value of Zio across target patient populations.

  • Collaborate with Medical Affairs to develop and implement a robust KOL strategy to support peer education, advisory boards, and user summits among others.

  • Educate commercial and sales teams on clinical evidence and how it fits in the sales story.

About you: 

Required:

  • 5+ years of work experience in marketing, strategy, business, and/or sales operations within MedTech/Medical Devices.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with clinical data in a commercial medical device setting

  • Excellent Project Management skills and ability to work cross-functionally

  • Must have ability to drive communications strategies and influence stakeholders

  • Proven Business Acumen

  • Strong Presentation skills

  • Experience defining and utilizing a broad range of secondary research, primary qualitative and primary quantitative research techniques to identify and address customer insights into clinical data

  • Experience in working with teams cross-functionally across different geographies

  • Fluent in English

  • Ability to travel within Europe based on the needs of the business

Desirable:

  • Advanced degree (such as MBA) with 3+ years of work experience in marketing, strategy, business, and/or sales operations

  • Cardiology experience

  • Ability to create and sustain relationship development/collaborate with a broad set of stakeholders, Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Health Economics, and Sales
