We're seeking a Senior Marketer to lead our AI partner marketing initiatives, driving co-marketing strategies with our GTM AI partners including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft. This role sits at the intersection of partner marketing and campaign execution, where you'll build and nurture high-impact relationships that accelerate our AI priorities.
As our Senior Marketer for AI Partnerships, you'll be the dedicated marketing leader for our most strategic AI partnerships. You'll develop and execute comprehensive co-marketing strategies that drive demand generation, build market awareness, and establish thought leadership in the rapidly evolving AI landscape. This role requires someone who can navigate ambiguity, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex AI capabilities into compelling market narratives.
In this role, you'll get to:
Lead the development and execution of integrated co-marketing strategies with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Microsoft that align with our joint business priorities.
Drive the creation of compelling, content, and customer references that differentiate our AI solutions in market.
Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns across multiple channels including content, events, webinars, and digital marketing.
Integrate AI partnerships into our broader marketing campaigns and events, ensuring seamless delivery and pipeline impact.
Cultivate strong relationships with marketing, product, and leadership teams at partner organizations to build consensus and drive joint initiatives.
Collaborate closely with internal teams including product marketing, partnerships, developer relations, and regional marketing.
Analyze performance data to measure results and ROI for co-marketing activities, using data-driven insights to optimize programs.

Comfortable leading co-marketing strategy and execution with partners.
Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills across business development, product, developer relations and marketing teams.
Have a drive for urgency to work through projects with tight timelines and many moving parts.
Are comfortable with change and a dynamic environment where things can be ambiguous, move quickly and often change.
Proven experience managing co-marketing strategies and campaigns with enterprise technology partners.
Strong understanding of AI/ML, cloud technologies, or developer-focused products.
Direct experience working with AI companies, public cloud providers, or developer platforms.
Track record of driving innovative technology products to market through strategic partnerships.
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
