The Digital Technology team at Lime is responsible for overseeing the strategy, management, and development of our business technology stack that supports the operations of the business. We're seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join our team to design, build, maintain and support integrations across systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.  

What you'll do:

  • Design and develop integration solutions that connect disparate systems, applications, and data sources. Ensure that integration architectures are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals.

  • Analyze system requirements, data flows, and business processes to identify integration needs and potential challenges. Work with stakeholders to gather and document integration requirements.

  • Implement integration solutions using various technologies and tools, such as API management platforms, Boomi, and data integration tools. Ensure that integrations are properly tested and deployed.

  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integration solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, including performance problems, data inconsistencies, and connectivity errors.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration solutions, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals.

  • Work closely with other engineers, developers, and DT teams to ensure that integration solutions meet technical and business requirements. Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers as needed.

  • Establish and enforce best practices and standards for integration development and implementation. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve integration processes.

  • Lead or contribute to integration projects, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating tasks. Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

About you:

  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

  • Proven experience (5+ years) working as an Integration Engineer or similar role, with a track record of successful integration projects

  • Proficiency in working with integration tools and frameworks such as Boomi, Matillion, MuleSoft, or similar.

  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar, and experience with scripting languages for automation

  • Proficiency in working with different databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake etc.

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues effectively

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional, on and off-shore teams. Able to effectively present complex solutions to technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the organization, across multiple cultures/geographies

  • Project management experience and the ability to lead and deliver integration projects on time and within scope

  • Boomi Developer or Architect Certification is highly preferred

The anticipated salary range for this position is $86,000 - $158,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the candidate’s location of residence, the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.
