Senior ICM Business Analyst
About this Position
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our global team, specializing in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing, designing, and implementing ICM solutions, with a deep understanding of sales compensation plans and a proven track record of working with ICM platforms, such as CaptivateIQ.
This role will be critical in ensuring our compensation processes are efficient, accurate, and scalable, supporting the growth of our sales organization.
What you'll do:
Collaborate with sales operations, finance, and IT to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for sales compensation plans and processes.
Translate complex business needs into technical specifications and system configurations within our ICM platform, CaptivateIQ.
Develop and maintain data integrations from CRM and ERP systems in collaboration with relevant teams
Configure and maintain compensation plans, rules, and workflows within the ICM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Perform system testing, coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and validation to ensure the integrity of compensation calculations and data.
Act as the primary subject matter expert for the ICM platform, providing training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to optimize compensation administration and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation data, plan calculations, and system functionality.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, user manuals, and system configurations.
Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and new features of our ICM platform.
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on incentive compensation management or sales operations.
Proven experience with ICM software, with a strong preference for CaptivateIQ.
Experience in developing and maintaining data integrations from CRM and ERP (e.g. Salesforce, Workday).
Experience with SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
In-depth knowledge of sales compensation concepts, including quotas, commissions, bonuses, and territory management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and business requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across time zones.
Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
Project management experience is a plus.
