Senior Game Developer - Coffee Pack

This position can be fully remote within CET +/-2h or Tel Aviv-based.

Team

Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual, and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing, and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.

Joining our Live games team means collaborating with gaming industry experts on globally renowned, enduring games while embracing exciting new entrepreneurial ventures. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the world's largest and most successful hybrid publisher.

Voodoo is creating a small experimentation team with a big mission: find the next best way to entertain the world by taking our best hits to a new level. You will be one of the first members of a team of six and you will participate in every aspect of development, from ideation to testing the casual games in the market.

You will be joining one of our Live Studios, working on Coffee Pack.

Role

We’re looking for a Senior Game Developer with a strong background in mobile gaming and a passion for crafting fun, high-quality casual experiences. You will work closely with a tight-knit, multidisciplinary team of professionals  to build innovative features, expand gameplay, and take the prototype to the next level.

• Design, develop, and optimize game features and systems using Unity and C#

• Collaborate with designers and artists to implement polished, responsive gameplay

• Own your work end-to-end: from implementation planning to debugging and iteration

• Balance clean, scalable code with smart delivery decisions—know when not to over-engineer

• Proactively identify issues and opportunities in the codebase or gameplay experience

• Be part of a collaborative, no-ego team that values open feedback and shared success

Profile

• A creative and hacker mindset

• Advanced Unity knowledge (5y+), professional game development experience, including scripting, animation and optimization

• Strong C# programming skills and understanding of scalable code architecture

• Experience in using AI tools and agents would be a plus

• Experience in complex gameplay mechanics, AI systems, and custom tools development

• Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimizations, with a strong focus on memory management, frame rate stability, and reducing load times

• A previous experience with CI/CD pipelines would be a plus

• Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games

• Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail

• Speak and write English

• Track record with successful mobile games
