About The Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer at Blinkist, where you'll lead the charge in shaping the architecture of a platform that inspires millions to learn and grow. What You Will Do
Take the lead on technical initiatives and make critical architectural decisions that shape our platform's future.
Design and build scalable, high-performing solutions using TypeScript/JavaScript and Ruby.
Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and contributing to a thriving engineering culture.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into elegant, practical technical solutions.
Drive continuous improvement in our development practices, processes, and overall code quality.
What You Need To Have
5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a proven track record.
Deep expertise in TypeScript/JavaScript and hands-on experience with modern web frameworks.
Strong experience in the Ruby/Rails ecosystem, including production-level development.
A history of designing and delivering scalable applications and making sound architectural decisions.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Outstanding skills in technical communication and a passion for mentoring and empowering others.
