Senior Data Analyst - Partner Analytics

As a Senior Data Analyst, Partner Analytics, you’ll turn complex partner data into powerful insights that drive HubSpot’s global partner ecosystem forward. You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to shape data strategy, uncover trends, and build analytics that influence decision-making and accelerate growth. What You’ll Do
Analyze large and complex partner datasets to uncover actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making.
Build, automate, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports to track partner performance and revenue impact.
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Partner Enablement, and Marketing to define key metrics and data governance standards.
Translate business questions into analytical frameworks, developing clear, data-backed recommendations.
Deliver insights that improve partner acquisition, retention, and productivity.
Present findings and storytelling dashboards to senior leadership, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Identify data quality issues and partner with engineering teams to implement long-term solutions.
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar quantitative role (SaaS experience preferred).
Strong proficiency in manipulating data and using data visualization tools (along with basic knowledge of SQL programming is fine)
Proven ability to analyze complex datasets and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Strong understanding of sales and partner lifecycle metrics (pipeline, ARR, retention, churn, etc.).
Experience developing data models and performance frameworks that align with business objectives.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into clear business recommendations.
Curiosity, autonomy, and a growth mindset — you don’t just answer questions, you ask better ones.
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
