Senior Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay
About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to join our FinTech team and own the systems and processes that power Procurement and Accounting. In this role, you will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, and IT to design, implement, and operate scalable P2P solutions in a growing SaaS environment.
This is a hands-on senior role with real ownership. You will act as the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for Coupa and related finance systems, driving system stability, integrations, automation, and continuous improvement across the P2P lifecycle.
What You’ll Do
Own and support Procure-to-Pay systems and processes at scale
Serve as the SME for Coupa P2P, partnering with Procurement and Accounting users
Configure and enhance Coupa modules including requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, expenses, catalogs, and supplier management
Design and support integrations between Coupa, NetSuite, and other finance systems
Build and maintain automations using Workato and similar tools to reduce manual work
Act as the DRI for P2P system issues, upgrades, and month-end close support
Gather requirements and translate business needs into clear system designs
Collaborate with Engineers and vendors to deliver solutions efficiently
Create documentation and deliver training to ensure strong adoption
Our Technology Stack
Coupa, NetSuite, ServiceNow, Workato, Egencia, and other third-party finance tools. Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, or similar technologies is helpful but not required.
What We’re Looking For
Strong systems analysis experience across a portfolio of SaaS technologies
Hands-on experience implementing or supporting Procure-to-Pay and Accounting systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, ServiceNow)
Solid understanding of enterprise business processes such as Procure-to-Pay, Accounting, Budgeting & Planning, Payroll, and Fixed Assets
Experience with system integrations, data analysis, and data mapping for conversions or migrations
Ability to design and articulate a clear technical roadmap and lead cross-functional execution
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems in fast-paced environments
Experience partnering with Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams on SOX, GDPR, or similar controls
Strong communicator who can tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring system impact

The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
