About the Role HubSpot's Business Acceleration Team (BAT) seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong track record for delivering results. As a Senior BSA, you’ll operate at the intersection of AI, engineering, and business strategy to design and deliver solutions that scale across Customer Success. You’ll move from experimentation to operationalization, influencing technical direction and ensuring our AI solutions maximize Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and other critical outcomes.
What You’ll Do
Own High-Leverage Projects: Independently scope, design, and deliver AI-driven solutions that solve complex, ambiguous problems in rep and customer workflows.
Lead POC Development: Rapidly prototype and rigorously validate AI solutions, ensuring scalability and business impact.
Quantify and Optimize Impact: Model and measure improvements in retention, customer health, and efficiency; prioritize roadmap items based on data.
Cross-Functional Influence: Partner with leaders across Customer Success, Ops, and Product Engineering to align on direction and investment.
Mentor and Uplift: Share expertise, coach junior team members, and set standards for solution design and experimentation.
Shape Strategy Through Innovation: Actively scout new AI capabilities and propose high-impact applications for HubSpot.
What We’re Looking For
Advanced technical proficiency: strong SQL, Python, API fluency, and experience deploying AI/LLM-based solutions.
5–7+ years relevant experience in SaaS, with proven track record of delivering tech-enabled business impact.
Strong stakeholder communication skills; able to translate complexity into clear, actionable recommendations.
Demonstrated ability to drive projects with minimal oversight and align cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
