We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Associate, Data Analytics & AI to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our data science capabilities, focusing on building and deploying AI models for predictive analytics and commercial enablement tied to Mission Control. You will leverage your expertise in data science and machine learning to drive data-driven insights and enablement for strategic, tactical, and operational use cases. You will develop and implement scalable AI and ML solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Your work will significantly contribute to the optimization of our performance and strategic decision-making processes.

AI/ML Model Development: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI models to support predictive analytics and enablement for commercial use cases.
Data Analytics Workflows: Design and implement end-to-end data analytics pipelines using tools like Apache Airflow or similar, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborative Requirements Gathering: Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define AI and BI solutions, and ensure seamless execution and delivery.
ETL Processes: Design and implement ETL processes to align with our data architecture, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Strategic Alignment: Ensure alignment of data analytics initiatives with strategic objectives and priorities, including data architecture and governance.

What you will bring…
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
3-5 years of experience in data science, ML, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and experience with predictive analytics and AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and BI solutions.
Strong SQL skills and familiarity with ETL processes.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Ability to work collaboratively and independently within a team environment.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies is a plus.
