Senior Analyst - PL Property and Specialty Product Management

Liberty Mutual's US Retail Markets PL Property and Specialty Product Delivery team is hiring for the P&S Product Frontier team. Frontier is an exciting transformation that will position Liberty Mutual for long-term success. This role will drive Property & Specialty business simplification by supporting product convergence and Legacy Book consolidation. You will identify differences between products and recommend options to simplify. You will partner with cross-functional P&S Product teams to drive alignment on your recommendations and lead requirements gathering workstreams to ensure they are incorporated into our go-forward Frontier Products.
This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure to different products and programs within the P&S portfolio. You can expect to think strategically about what our course of action should be and tactically about how we’ll get your proposed solutions to market. It is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-looking team preparing USRM for future success!

High-level job responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the role include:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Delivery, Experience, IT, and more to define and document converged product requirements
Drive product convergence analysis by systematically identifying research opportunities, conducting product research, and recommending go-forward solutions
Support development of a strategy to consolidate Legacy Books across the P&S portfolio
Gain consensus for recommendations with key stakeholders in the P&S Product ecosystem (e.g. Delivery, Development, USDS)
Contribute to and manage business simplification project timelines and roadmaps, closely following risks and dependencies
Qualifications
Strong Property Insurance Product knowledge
Experienced with product management and project management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field.
Minimum 3 years relevant work experience, typically 4 years.
Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
