Join a company where innovation meets impact. At Perforce, we’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive growth and build lasting relationships across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Puppet Software—our powerful automation solution trusted by enterprises worldwide.

Reporting to our Sales Leader, Joely Scott-Thomas, this role is based in vibrant Singapore and offers the opportunity to work with some of the most respected organizations in the region. You’ll be empowered to lead strategic accounts, drive meaningful business conversations, and influence real outcomes in a supportive, collaborative, and diverse environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored for customers in the Asia region, focusing on enterprise-level organizations.

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from discovery to close, for net-new revenue opportunities.

  • Meet or exceed annual sales and gross margin goals in your assigned territory.

  • Actively engage in industry events, conferences, and partner forums to represent Puppet and Perforce.

  • Maintain strong solution knowledge and provide tailored demos and solutions to clients.

  • Gather customer and market insights to influence product development and innovation.

  • Collaborate across teams to support customer success and, where needed, other Perforce products.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales, ideally with a background in DevOps, automation, or infrastructure tools.

  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies.

  • A track record of exceeding quota, with experience across Asia—including Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and beyond.

  • Strong partner ecosystem experience: You’ve worked closely with SIs, VARs, and Alliance partners to build and deliver joint solutions.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and global teams.

  • Clear communicator with an open and respectful style—comfortable in multicultural, multigenerational settings.
