This is an opportunity for an experienced, motivated, enthusiastic, persuasive and highly

energetic sales leader. The primary function of this role is to lead development and growth in

Protegrity in North America with the opportunity to be key to Protegrity’ s success in one of the

most exciting dynamic technology spaces seen for many many years. Prior experience in

establishing and growing a new territories is a must. Genuinely looking for someone that thinks

“how, not if”.The role will report to the VP Sales, North America and will be supported by the N. America

team of technical sales consultants, business development representatives, marketing, and

alliances.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead planning, development, and execution of demand generation activities for Protegrity

  • products and solutions across key markets in N. America.

  • Develop relationships in target customers at executive and mid management levels, directly

  • and thru partners

  • Work with Marketing and Inside sales to develop and execute campaigns to generate leads

  • and raise awareness of the Protegrity brand.

  • Identify and execute key “must win” opportunities for critical success.

  • Lead and orchestrate the extended sales team in execution of key priorities.

  • Meet quarterly and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and

  • marketing strategies and tactics.

  • Understand the competitive landscape and market trends and align / localize Protegrity

  • solution messaging accordingly.

  • Maintain sales forecasts, account plans and opportunity plans consistent with the sales

  • methodology and sales tools.

  • Work collaboratively with the various internal stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous

  • process improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Selling in data management and/or analytics and /or data security domains.

  • Selling in cloud, on premise, and hybrid environments

  • Software selling, with specific experience in subscription based selling experience.

  • Establishing and / or leading a technology sales organization in a new market.

  • Proven track record of engaging with Executives and mid management in executing successful

  • sales campaigns.

  • Proven track record of accelerating sales cycles

  • Engage and present value at various levels of an organization to include IT, Marketing,

  • Operations, InfoSec.· Master appropriate technical aspects of the Protegrity solution including encryption,

  • tokenization and data security technology.

  • Engage and network within the client organization and Protegrity and its partners to deliver a

  • solution

  • Prospect within organizations and follow up on leads and demand generation activities.

  • This position works with prospects to understand the prospect’s systems, their business

issues, data flow and unique problems. The chosen candidate must be able to gain the customer’s

confidence to such a degree that the prospects see Protegrity as the solution to their data

security requirements.

  • Work with Salesforce and other systems for sales process and management

$260,000 - $310,000 a year

For residents of CA, WA, NY, and CO, the pay range for this position is $260,000.00-$310,000.00. This range reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for this position plus any variable earnings, if applicable to the position. The individual compensation may be dependent on a variety of factors, such as geographic location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and performance.

Should you accept this position, you must consent to and pass a Background Investigation, which includes (subject to country law), extended education, and additional criminal and civil checks.
