We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support the ongoing configuration, maintenance, and user support of our Salesforce environment. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about learning the Salesforce platform and growing their skills while contributing to the day-to-day success of our internal teams. You’ll work closely with the Salesforce team and business stakeholders to ensure users have the tools and support to work effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing user accounts, roles, and permission sets.

  • Support the maintenance of page layouts, fields, record types, and other declarative features.

  • Provide first-level support to Salesforce users: troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and escalate complex problems to senior admins.

  • Help maintain data quality by running reports, identifying duplicates, and performing basic imports/exports using the Data Import Wizard.

  • Create and update simple reports and dashboards based on team needs.

  • Assist in testing and deploying new features, configurations, and system updates.

  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of  basic user documentation.

  • Collaborate with senior administrators on small projects and system enhancements.

  • Monitor system usage and help ensure compliance with data governance and best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Salesforce as an admin or power user.

  • Basic understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and permissions.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and grow.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (or in progress within 6 months of hire).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with report and dashboard creation.

  • Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, or a strong desire to learn.

  • Familiarity with data import/export tools (e.g., Data Import Wizard, Data Loader).

  • Knowledge of Flows or automation tools is a plus.

  • Experience with support ticketing systems or project tools like Jira.

Skills and Competencies

  • Problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.

  • Effective verbal and written communication.

  • Eagerness to develop technical skills and contribute to a collaborative team.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter with a proactive approach to learning and improvement.

  • Work cooperatively with others within the organization and other cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Has predictable, reliable attendance.
