Sales Enablement Analyst - Salesforce
Clear Capital is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Salesforce Sales Enablement Analyst to strengthen our Sales and Revenue Operations foundation. In this role, you’ll turn Salesforce data into actionable insights, design dashboards that sharpen forecasting accuracy, and empower Sales leadership to make confident, data-informed decisions.
You’ll collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Product to ensure Salesforce and related systems provide the clarity, visibility, and reporting needed to scale our go-to-market strategy.
What You Will Work On
Sales Insights & Reporting – Design, automate, and maintain Salesforce dashboards that visualize key sales metrics — pipeline health, conversion rates, forecast accuracy, renewals, and account growth.
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence – Turn complex Salesforce and GTM data into clear narratives and insights that guide strategic decisions and go-to-market execution with actionable data narratives..
Sales Process Optimization – Partner with Sales and RevOps to identify friction points and implement process or data improvements that enhance productivity and visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with teams across Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to align on shared data definitions, metrics, and reporting standards.
Enablement Support – Provide insights and performance analytics to support sales coaching, incentive planning, and territory management.
Systems & Integration Alignment – Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Finance, and IT teams to ensure integrations (NetSuite, Gainsight, Dialpad, Jasper, Support Systems) align with reporting needs and maintain data integrity.
Quality Assurance & Governance – Conduct regular data hygiene checks and reconcile reports to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
Who We Are Looking For
3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Analytics with a focus on Salesforce reporting and insights.
Advanced skills in Salesforce reporting and dashboards, as well as proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and storytelling skills — able to distill complex data into actionable business insights.
Experience partnering with Sales leadership and cross-functional teams to define metrics, track performance, and improve decision-making.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data findings into clear, business-relevant recommendations.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in identifying and solving visibility gaps in reporting or process.
What You Can Expect
Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $102,000 annually, depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include company profit-sharing bonus program, communication stipends, and referral bonuses.
