Sales Development Representative

About the Role: Sales Development Representative (SDR) Were looking for a self-motivated, energetic SDR with a proven track record in outbound calling and email prospecting. Youll play a key role in connecting with potential customers, booking meetings, and working hand-in-hand with our Sales Execs to close deals.
What Youll Be Doing: Make 400+ outbound calls weekly to prospects Send outreach emails and follow-ups Schedule meetings and demos for Sales Execs Respond to inbound leads and qualify interest Act as a helpful resource and product expert Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on strategy Hit and exceed performance goals
What Youll Need: 1+ year in a Sales Development or cold-calling role Great communicationverbal, written, and persuasive Comfortable making cold calls and handling objections Extremely self-motivated and detail-oriented Strong time management and multitasking skills Tech savvy and eager to learn Bachelors degree is a plus, but not required Experience in healthcare or EdTech is a bonus
