We are Sales Enablement Agency that specialise in digital sales and help bus-Jiness in the digital transformation process. We are leaders in our field and we work with global brands in the enterprise Saas, and Fin tech accelerators. Our client is looking for a B2B IT sales professional to be part of their team full time - this is a secondment. This role will be based in your home country in ASEAN BUT we need you to be fluent in Japanese Business N2 level( Home base ) About the Role The main role of the SDR is to set up appointments for the BDM to start the sales process. Leads will be mostly inbound and a smaller element will be minded for outbound. You will need deep experience in outbound sales and social selling. You are a doer, you understand good processes and will lead by example.Working with pre-built prospect lists - calling to make introductions, looking to set up discovery meetings. A master in CALLING.
Responsibilities:
60-80 calls a day
Set up appointments with Japan based prospects for the local BDMs
Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information in CRM
Follow Monthly KPIs.
Requirements:
Dialing will be in Japanese to Japan based prospects
English 2nd language must be speaking 9/10
Experience in B2B sales 1-5 years min
At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience
B2B - IT Saas experience is preferred
Qualifications:
A fundamental understanding of the sales process (marketing, prospecting, cold calling, sales cycle)
Skilled in social selling
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior-level executives
Excellent presentation skills both verbally and written
High energy and positive attitude
Degree qualified or equivalent
Advanced LinkedIn skills - sales navigator
Standard Salesforce/ ZoomInfo skills
