Sales Development Representative
Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, focusing on generating quotes and driving sales opportunities. Qualify leads and manage the sales funnel using Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Meet or exceed lead generation and opportunity creation goals. Support outbound prospecting efforts, including pipeline development and follow-up on leads. Develop expertise in our products and services to effectively meet customer needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with hospitals, ISOs, and OEMs to build strong relationships. Bachelor's degree 2-4 years of experience in sales or customer service. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Biomedical engineering background. Portuguese language skills. Experience in the healthcare segment. Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred). Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
