As RevOps Systems Administrator on the Revenue Operations team, you will play a critical role in shaping how our revenue teams operate by owning and optimizing the systems that support our revenue engine. Salesforce will be your primary domain, and you’ll also gain exposure to a broader suite of tools, including Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, Zendesk, and more. This is a unique opportunity to deepen your Salesforce expertise while expanding your skills across the entire RevOps tech ecosystem.

At Degreed, you will step into a role with immediate and meaningful impact. We’re small enough to move fast and give individuals real ownership, yet big enough for your work to have visibility and strategic impact. As a key member, you'll be the driving force behind delivering high-quality, scalable technical solutions, accelerating issue resolution, and identifying system improvements. You will have the autonomy to drive solutions from concept to launch, working side-by-side on a high-performing RevOps team focused on productivity, performance, and partnerships with internal stakeholders.

Additionally, you will have influence over our tech roadmap and play a critical role in supporting data integrity, tool governance, and automation initiatives. This role is great for someone eager to augment day-to-day admin work by taking on meaningful business challenges across multiple RevOps systems. You’ll join a nimble, collaborative, and highly respected RevOps team that thrives on ownership, partnership, and operational excellence. Join us as we build the foundation that powers Degreed’s continued growth.

Key Skills

  • Salesforce System Administration and Configuration: Deep understanding of Salesforce standard and custom objects, flows, validation rules, permission sets, page layouts, and automation best practices.

  • Problem-Solving & Solution Design: Ability to understand stakeholder challenges and translate business requirements into scalable, effective system solutions with minimal oversight.

  • GTM Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with additional GTM tools such as Gainsight, Outreach, Gong, and Zendesk, and the ability to maintain, integrate, and optimize them with Salesforce.

  • Project Management & Prioritization: Experience managing system roadmaps, intake processes, and change management in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration: Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, CS, Marketing, and other teams to gather requirements and deliver value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, Gainsight, and other GTM tools to ensure high system performance, data integrity, and business alignment.

  • Design and implement scalable automations, flows, and customizations to meet evolving business needs.

  • Collaborate with revenue stakeholders to understand pain points, scope solutions, and proactively drive business impact.

  • Own and evolve our RevOps tool ecosystem, serving as the systems steward for integrations and other applications.

  • Maintain technical documentation and drive adoption of best practices across users and teams.

  • Manage user roles, profiles, and security settings in compliance with internal policies

  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, proposing enhancements, and executing roadmap projects.

  • Lead system audits and data hygiene efforts to ensure our CRM supports accurate reporting and compliance.

Compensation

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
