We're looking for a sharp, strategic Strategic Manager who can streamline our processes, boost team efficiency, and unlock the full potential of AI across the business.

This is not your typical operations role. You'll be the architect behind smarter workflows, faster execution, and scalable systems. From automating repetitive tasks to designing AI-first solutions, you'll empower every team — from creative to sales — to do their best work, faster.

Your Skillset

• Redesign campaign services operations from the ground up, identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable, tech-first solutions that improve speed, quality, and client satisfaction from campaigns to sales.

• Build and optimize processes that streamline the end-to-end workflow across campaign management, creative execution, influencer coordination, reporting and sales.

• Leverage AI and automation tools (like Zapier, n8n, ChatGPT, Notion AI, etc.) to eliminate manual tasks and enhance decision-making across teams.

• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Finance) to implement strategic initiatives that drive performance and operational alignment.

• Own and monitor key operational metrics, proactively identifying gaps, inefficiencies, or blockers and leading continuous improvement efforts.

• Design and maintain SOPs, dashboards, and internal playbooks to standardize excellence across all campaign services functions.

• Train and enable the team to adopt new tools, workflows, and automation – empowering a high-performance, AI-literate culture.

• Lead special projects and pilots that test new ways of working, including task orchestration, internal knowledge systems, and AI-based workflows.

• Act as an internal change agent, helping the company transition into a faster, smarter, more efficient operating model.
