We’re looking for a strategic and experienced  Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Insights & Analytics Architect to join our team and help provide data visibility operational and strategic performance of our end-to-end revenue cycle (order to cash).

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Insights & Analytics Architect plays a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the revenue cycle. This role focuses on advanced data analysis, predictive modeling, and the development of dynamic dashboards and reporting tools. The ideal candidate will proactively identify performance trends, uncover root causes of inefficiencies, and collaborate with leadership to optimize revenue cycle operations. This position bridges the gap between data science and healthcare operations, ensuring data-driven decision-making across all RCM functions.

Specific job responsibilities include:

Data Integration, Architecture & Reporting Alignment

  • Navigate and interpret complex data architectures within cloud-based data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake), with a strong understanding of how diverse data sources—such as claims, EHR, CRM, and payer systems—are ingested, modeled, and linked.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including operations, finance, accounting, market access, and commercial teams—to gather and refine reporting requirements, ensuring alignment between business needs and data infrastructure.

  • Partner with data engineering teams to design and optimize data pipelines that support scalable analytics, ensuring data is structured for efficient querying and reporting.

  • Ensure data integrity, normalization, and consistency across multiple domains by validating source-to-target mappings and maintaining robust data lineage documentation.

  • Apply knowledge of dimensional modeling, star/snowflake schemas, and data governance best practices to support high-quality, reliable insights.

Data Strategy & Advanced Analytics

  • Lead the design and execution of scalable analytical solutions that optimize RCM operations and financial outcomes.

  • Translate complex RCM datasets into meaningful insights through statistical modeling, machine learning, and advanced data mining techniques.

  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover performance gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for process improvement across the revenue cycle.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, including payer negotiations, denials management, and patient financial experience.

Predictive Modeling & Forecasting

  • Develop and maintain predictive models to forecast revenue, cash flow, and key RCM KPIs.

  • Apply statistical techniques to support scenario planning, risk stratification, and operational forecasting.

  • Continuously refine models based on business feedback and evolving data patterns.

Reporting, Visualization & Business Intelligence

  • Design and maintain dynamic dashboards and automated reporting solutions using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, leveraging Snowflake, and SQL.

  • Deliver timely and accurate performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to RCM leadership and key stakeholders.

  • Create compelling visualizations and ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making, vendor performance reviews, and board-level reporting

About you:

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics, with a strong focus on healthcare revenue cycle or payer-provider analytics.

  • Demonstrated success driving measurable outcomes using data

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

  • Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS) is highly desirable.

  • Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills:

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, seeking guidance as needed.

  • Understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including billing, coding, claims, denials, collections, and payer reimbursement models.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and time-management skills.

  • Proficiency with desktop applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake and  BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI

  • Strong knowledge of relational database management systems.

  • Team player mentality, always willing to help and go the extra mile to get the job done.

  • Intuitive and skilled at problem-solving, anticipating leadership requests.

  • Ability to make logical correlations between data points to ensure accurate analysis.

  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, and accurate in completing tasks on time.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related field.
