Join SADA as a Renewal Specialist- Google Workspace!

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric Renewal Specialist to drive retention and growth within our small to medium business (SMB) segment. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for renewing Google Workspace and Google Maps customers, responsible for managing the renewal process, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities: 

Responsible for Google Workspace Renewals (Small to Medium Business) for North American customers

  • Renewal Management:

    • Proactively engage with existing customers in advance of their renewal date to understand their current needs and usage patterns.

    • Effectively negotiate renewal contracts, ensuring favorable terms and maximizing customer lifetime value.

    • Achieve and exceed renewal targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

    • Should have a basic understanding of Google Maps and GCP.

  • Upselling and Cross-selling:

    • Identify opportunities to upgrade customers to higher-value Google Workspace plans with enhanced features and capabilities.

    • Promote and sell additional Google Workspace services and ISVs, such as Gemini, JumpCloud, etc., Google Cloud, and Google Maps.

    • Expand customer adoption of the Google Workspace platform by showcasing new features and functionalities.

  • Professional Services:

    • Assess customer needs for professional services, such as data migration, change management, and user training.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver tailored professional services solutions.

    • Drive the successful adoption and utilization of Google Workspace within customer organizations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 plus years of Experience and Proven track record of success in a sales or customer success role, with a focus on renewals and upselling. Experience working with SMB customers is highly desirable.

  • Google Workspace Expertise: Deep understanding of the Google Workspace platform, its features, and its benefits for businesses of all sizes.

  • Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of Google Workspace.

  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-lasting relationships.

  • Results-oriented: Driven to achieve and exceed targets, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. NetSuite)

  • Google Cloud certifications

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies

  • Preferably Prior experience working in the North American market.
