Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in the Australia & New Zealand (ANZ) region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the ANZ region aligned with global business goals.

  • Lead, coach, and scale a regional sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.

  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and growth strategies.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.

  • Forecast sales performance, set KPIs, and report on regional sales metrics to executive leadership.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting the ANZ region.

  • Drive enterprise-level deals and oversee contract negotiations and closing processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all regional legal and ethical standards in sales activities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 3+ years in a regional sales director or equivalent role.

  • Proven success in managing B2B sales in the ANZ market, ideally in [industry: SaaS / healthcare / manufacturing / etc.].

  • Strong understanding of the cultural and business nuances within the ANZ region.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling teams and growing market share.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to travel across the ANZ region as needed.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data.

  • Background in working in matrixed, multinational environments.

  • Ability to lead both direct and indirect sales teams.
