Manage and respond to phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
Schedule appointments and manage the academy's calendar.
Provide accurate information about our programs, courses, and policies.
Assist with administrative tasks and maintain digital records.
Handle student inquiries and concerns efficiently and professionally.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using video conferencing tools and office software.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
