Please note that we are looking for at least one year of proposal/contract/grant experience.
Our Proposal Administrator will effectively coordinate/lead the development of timely compliant, and high-quality proposals to district and state-level RFPs, while completing a variety of projects with minimal supervision. Acts as the liaison between the project team, subject matter experts, senior management, government affairs, and customer to ensure every detail of the proposal is addressed. Proposal Administrator’s communications keep the project flowing, so good interpersonal skills are a must!
As a Proposal Administrator you will be responsible for these crucial functions and responsibilities:
Reviews RFP, Catalog Bids and Grant opportunities to identify those that align with Renaissance Learning’s solutions.
Coordinates, leads and monitors the proposal development process for RFPs to ensure timely, accurate and high-quality submissions.
Develops project timelines and coordinates with writers and subject matters authorities to ensure projects stay on track.
Solicits and handles input/status for all components of the proposal as the need arises by the RFP.
Contributor and/or reviewer to various pieces of the proposal response such as the Table of Contents, pricing documents, etc.
Manages the print and production of all proposal responses and leads the quality assurance review to ensure compliance.
Works with cross-functional team(s) to disseminate crucial information to ensure a successful transfer and implementation of awarded projects.
Monitors and distributes all internal and external customer requests coming into the department to ensure completion.
Maintains company and client confidentiality.
The ability to work independently or in a team environment, with an attitude of helpfulness, positivity, and camaraderie.

Education & Experience
At least one year of proposal/contract/grant experience

Salary Range:
$56,100 - $84,200.This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
