Project Manager
Role Overview
As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in planning and executing internal projects and in the successful onboarding of new clients, both for our service delivery engagements (e.g., Customer Support and Player Support) and for our AICX platform product.
Being a key member of the Product & Innovation team, you will work closely with colleagues across all parts of the business, from HR to Client Operations to IT. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product & Innovation.
This position follows the CET timezone, with working days being Monday - Friday.
Key Responsibilities
Scope and plan internal and client-driven initiatives.
Track implementation and onboarding progress, and proactively escalate issues or delays.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new service engagements and product clients.
Act as a liaison between internal teams (e.g., Client Operations, Product, Tech) and client stakeholders.
Prepare and maintain documentation, playbooks, and checklists.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process enhancements through automation and innovation.
Candidate Profile
Location: Must be based in Europe or South Africa

Experience
2+ years of experience in project coordination, onboarding, or client-facing roles.
Fully fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive, structured, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Tech-savvy with knowledge of platforms like Microsoft 365, Dynamics, and project management methodologies.
Skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as SAP as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills in AI and automation implementation.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in the BPO or tech support industry
Familiarity with CX and/or PX delivery models.
Interest in AI, digital transformation, or SaaS platform products.
Strong documentation and process mapping abilities.
