Product Owner
This is a full-time fully remote role, based in Europe.
Skedda is a leading global workplace management platform dedicated to streamlining desk and room reservations and scheduling. We serve over 7,000 customers and nearly two million users, including IBM, Siemens, Mercedes-Benz, and Harvard University.
Today, the product includes functionality such as floor plan visualizations, desk and meeting room booking, visitor management, and utilization reports and analytics. Skedda integrates with key workplace tools like Microsoft365, Google Workspace, and Slack; and has won awards from G2, Capterra, and SoftwareAdvice.
Role overview
Working closely with a team of six developers and a designer, this role will be a central part of planning and building new product features. If you love building great software products, early-stage startup environments, wearing multiple hats, learning new skills, and getting things done fast, this could be the perfect role for you.
Day to day responsibilities
Serve as Product Owner for new Skedda product features, including gathering requirements, weighing functional and technical tradeoffs, scoping and developing requirements documents, and working closely with our engineers to build new features
Deeply understand customer needs and pains, via a combination of interviews and surveys
Complete data analysis of our customer base to inform prioritization and product scoping decisions
Communicate product decisions, status, and launches in a way that generates buy-in internally

Skills & Experience
You’ve worked in an early stage tech startup environment (<30 employees)
You have at least 3 years of experience in software product management
You’re comfortable digging in with engineers on technical topics
You have experience working in an agile development process
