Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Product Management and their Product Manager, the Product Owner role at ImageTrend will play a critical role in bridging business objectives with technical execution. Working closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams, this individual will ensure that roadmap initiatives are translated into clear, actionable requirements and delivered with quality and speed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and passionate about creating products that deliver measurable value to customers.

What You'll Do:

  • Backlog Ownership: Maintain and prioritize the product backlog to align with strategic goals and roadmap commitments

  • Sprint Planning & Execution: Actively participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive clarity and unblock progress

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers to understand business priorities and with Engineers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery

  • Quality Assurance: Validate deliverables against requirements and ensure features meet customer needs and business objectives

  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Advocate for user experience and ensure solutions are scalable and aligned with long-term product vision

  • Develop a deep understanding of the industry, customer and product needs

  • Work with Engineering team to deliver features – designing technical implementation, establishing and achieving critical milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders

  • Ensure acceptance criteria are clearly defined and verify that story implementation matches requirements

  • Perform impact/workflow analysis and produce diagrams and low-fidelity wireframes to help communicate the intended workflow

  • Enable internal teams to support the product

  • Key KPIs: roadmap feature burn-up and scope, sprint velocity and predictability, engineering balanced diet

  • Travel to orientation, industry or company events, and other onsite meetings as required

  • Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with proven success as a Product Owner or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including active participation in sprint ceremonies and backlog grooming.

  • Strong interpersonal, influencing and communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to translate complex customer needs and workflows into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions, solve complex problems, and manage competing priorities effectively

  • Experience with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Dragonboat, WalkMe, Miro, Confluence)

  • Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and facilitating cross-functional workshops to validate product decisions and uncover user needs

  • Familiarity with data analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Tableau) and the ability to use data to inform product strategy and prioritization

  • Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and accessibility standards within a SaaS environment, with a focus on scalable and inclusive design

  • Track record of delivering measurable outcomes through iterative product development and continuous improvement

  • Knowledge of change management practices to support product rollouts and enable internal teams

  • Ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes, including revenue impact, customer retention, and operational efficiency

  • Strong time management and organizational skills, proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and can quickly adjust to changing priorities to meet critical timelines

  • Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information

  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation

  • Ability to travel as required, up to 10%
