As our Product Marketing Manager we’ll need you to wear your product marketing credentials with pride, becoming the driving force behind everything from product launches to sales enablement resources and market trend analysis. You'll get to own your vision of how we communicate our products to clients, collaborating with cross-functional teams amid an exciting and fast-paced environment – driving results and making a meaningful impact using exceptional project management and communication skills. 🧠 Here's what you'll do:

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies and positioning in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

  • Enable sellers to be successful with tools and trainings like pitch decks, product demos, use cases, outbound communications and battle cards.

  • Collaborate with our product team to understand the product roadmap, developing and implementing coordinated plans for launches and announcements.

  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of Workera’s product offering, customers, prospects, competition and market, and then apply this knowledge to influence the product roadmap and business strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to successfully launch new products and improve existing ones

  • Develop value-based messaging and positioning that communicate how Workera’s skills intelligence platform education solutions uniquely solve audience problems, and collaborate with the content marketing and demand generation teams to bring the story to life through collateral, web content, videos, presentations, ebooks, and more.

  • Has a deep understanding of the marketing goals, processes, and frameworks of a typical SaaS product focused on B2B segments and customer engagements that support B2B sales and product teams' agendas.

  • Has a proven track record in influencing, taking to market, and driving adoption for product offerings in Enterprise (5k+ employees sized business customers), preferably in SaaS environments.

  • Thrives in ambiguity while being highly organized, detail oriented and passionate about designing and implementing processes to keep partners on track and grow a global business.

  • Is hyper-focused on action with results and uses this lens every day to assess their own performance.

  • Can craft a compelling narrative around a business problem and explain complex, technical features in words that anyone can understand.

  • Possesses the writing skills to articulate benefits effectively to customers and the presentation chops to persuade internally.

  • Is able to prioritize tasks from a business point of view and make data-driven decisions to keep the product successful through each stage in its development lifecycle.

  • Is able to run sales-enablement motions that lead to well-supported Sales and Customer Success teams and result in winning customers and growing B2B revenue.

  • Is already using and experimenting with Generative AI for marketing purposes in their current role/projects.
