  • Analyze customer insights and competitive trends to inform marketing strategy and positioning

  • Collaborate with Product, Design, Growth Marketing, and Lifecycle teams to create a consistent customer experience and campaigns that deliver measurable results

  • Track, summarize, and report on marketing campaign performance and user engagement, identifying opportunities to optimize

  • Contribute to messaging frameworks and content that clearly communicate product value to new and existing customers

  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance and translate data into actionable insights that improve outcomes.

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • A customer-centric mindset that drives you to leverage insights in shaping messaging, positioning, and product strategy.

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and optimize how work gets done in a fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in or exposure to AI-powered products, platforms, or emerging technologies.
