About The Role

The Marketing team at Fundraise Up is looking for a Product Manager, Website. This role centers around the comprehensive management of the company's website as a leading product. This role demands a proactive approach to understanding user needs, guiding the website's design and development, and spearheading conversion rate optimization (CRO) projects. The goal is to continuously enhance overall site performance. The successful candidate will craft and implement a robust online presence strategy that aligns with our broader business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement a clear vision and strategy for the website, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.

  • Create and manage a detailed website roadmap, prioritizing updates and initiatives based on their business impact and user needs.

  • Lead all website-related initiatives across the organization, ensuring timely and successful execution.

  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, content, and marketing teams to drive successful website initiatives and iterations.

  • Advocate for an exceptional user experience by integrating user research, data analysis, and usability studies into product decisions.

  • Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to gauge website effectiveness and uncover areas for improvement.

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and emerging technologies to maintain our website's competitiveness and innovation.

  • Effectively communicate website plans, benefits, and outcomes to relevant stakeholders.

  • Identify and address issues impacting the project's scope, timeline, or quality.

  • Partner with the SEO team to develop and implement strategies that enhance search engine rankings and organic traffic.

  • Assess the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights.

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 5 years in a similar web role, ideally within a marketing team for a North American-based technology company.

  • Fluency in English and Russian.

  • Familiarity with current trends, techniques, and methodologies in website management and digital marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects effectively.

  • Strong capability in analyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.

  • Excellent communication abilities for conveying plans, benefits, and results to stakeholders.

  • Quick identification and resolution of issues to ensure project success.

  • Knowledge of SEO strategies and practices to drive organic traffic.

  • Deep understanding of specific KPIs such as User Engagement (Bounce Rate, Time on Page), Conversion Rate, and Traffic Metrics.
