As Product Manager for Onboarding & Acquisition, you will own the end-to-end experience of turning that first spark of interest into a successful, scaled implementation. Your mission is to expand our reach and presence within the ecosystem, ensuring that whenever a developer seeks a partner for their video needs, we are not only found but chosen.

You will bridge the gap between initial discovery and production, optimizing every touchpoint to convert interest into real business leads and drastically reducing the time it takes for a customer to go live. This role is a perfect fit for a growth-minded leader with a 'get things done' attitude who enjoys navigating complex stakeholder environments—from Marketing and Sales to Engineering—to ensure our platform remains the easiest to adopt in the market.

What you will do

  • Vision & Roadmap: Define and lead the product roadmap and vision for the Onboarding & Acquisition area, ensuring a prioritized backlog that aligns with global Video API priorities.

  • End-to-End Journey Design: Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Customer Success, Pricing and other stakeholders to design seamless onboarding journeys that transform initial interest into successful production launches.

  • Developer Empowerment: Provide developers with the essential resources, documentation, and tools —such as reference apps, documentation, automatic tools and experience samples— to facilitate decision-making in our favor and drastically reduce their time-to-market.

  • Engineering Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering partners to prioritize features, resolve technical trade-offs, and ensure a developer-first design through regular syncs and co-created roadmaps.

  • Strategic Market Analysis: Conduct continuous market and competitive analysis to identify trends, portfolio gaps, and opportunities for differentiation.

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Drive alignment across global teams, including Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Support, to secure alignment, manage expectations and gather feedback that fuels product growth.

  • Proactive Execution: Maintain a 'get-things-done' mindset by identifying bottlenecks, unblocking issues, and providing clear visibility into progress and results to the broader organization.

What you will bring

  • Strong technical background with previous experience as a developer or in technical roles.

  • Deep familiarity with server SDKs, APIs, and developer integration workflows.

  • Proven experience in growth and acquisition within SaaS B2B environments.

  • Knowledge of WebRTC, live streaming architectures, or CPaaS environments (highly valued).

  • Expertise in translating developer needs into clear, actionable product requirements and prioritized backlogs.

  • A 'get-things-done' attitude, focused on proactively unblocking issues and delivering results.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to drive alignment across global teams.

  • Data-driven mindset, from validating hypotheses to measuring results and informing product decisions.

What is required for application

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the video, media, or CPaaS sectors.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Proven track record in growth and acquisition strategies within SaaS B2B environments.

  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams on complex infrastructure.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, to manage global stakeholder alignment.

  • Strong results orientation with a 'get-things-done' mindset and a proactive approach to unblocking issues.

Desired

  • Strong background in developer-facing SaaS or platform-centric products.

  • Familiarity with WebRTC and CPaaS technologies, including SIP, VoIP, and media routing.
