About the team and the role:

The TCGplayer Fulfillment team aims to be the world's most cost-effective and highest-volume trading card fulfillment operation. It helps TCGplayer sellers by offering efficient, affordable fulfillment solutions that surpass what they could achieve independently, providing both time savings and economies of scale, and buyers benefit from fast, reliable delivery, receiving all their desired cards in one package at competitive prices, supported by excellent customer service.

An eBay company, TCGplayer is on a quest to be the most trusted trading card game (TCG) platform - connecting and empowering the hobby community. Founded by and for TCG enthusiasts, we operate a global marketplace, and create tools, technologies and solutions that help small businesses simply and profitably sell TCGs at scale.

What you will accomplish:

As a Product Manager, you will leverage your experience and success to act as a thought leader and driving force for our fulfillment solutions. In this role, you’ll intersect customer needs with our business goals and align cross-departmental teams to deliver features that help TCGplayer advance our mission to transform trading card commerce through scalable, efficient, and customer-focused fulfillment infrastructure. Improve the core product experience for our sellers by focusing on tools and services that enable them to grow and operate their business, through affordable fulfillment solutions.

  • Help define product goals, use cases, and success metrics for fulfillment solutions that make selling cheaper, faster, and simpler for small businesses.

  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and analytics teams to help deliver end-to-end solutions from discovery through testing, launch, and iteration.

  • Participate in UAT activities, business readiness, and end-to-end testing across fulfillment workflows to support high-quality releases.

  • Assist in translating customer needs and operational realities into clear product requirements, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs.

  • Use qualitative research, customer interactions, and data analysis to inform product decisions and improve seller and buyer experiences.

  • Develop subject matter knowledge in fulfillment programs and help internal teams understand how these solutions support sellers and the hobby ecosystem.

  • Track product outcomes using defined KPIs and contribute to ongoing iteration based on results.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent experience in program management, business analysis, QA, or operations-focused roles.

  • Demonstrated experience working on complex, cross-functional products involving operations, workflows, or fulfillment or logistics systems.

  • Understanding of eCommerce, retail, or small business SaaS tooling, with empathy for seller needs.

  • Experience participating in technical discussions with engineering teams and comfort working alongside systems such as warehouse management systems, integrations, or internal tooling.

  • Proven ability to define requirements, write clear product documentation including PRDs, BRDs, and success metrics, and guide teams without direct authority.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders, surface tradeoffs, and drive decisions in ambiguous environments.

  • Customer-centric approach with clear examples of creating important customer value.

  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn deeply as the product and business evolve.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$92,400 - $162,900
