Manage and maintain the existing M&A pipeline, ensuring strategic alignment and operational readiness, while supporting diligence efforts for potential future acquisition targets to drive long-term growth and market expansion. Bachelor's Degree & Master's degree preferred 10+ years of Product or Corporate Strategy experience Expertise in Market Assessment and Competitive Analysis Experience within the construction industry Experience with M&A a plus Up to 10% travel Strong communicator and public speaker Ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment; must be able to effectively communicate business concepts to technologists and technology concepts to business partners Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills Ability to adapt to changing demands and willingness to be flexible if priorities change Ability to maintain composure, exercise good judgment, and act in a professional manner when challenged; ability to build and sustain positive and collaborative working relationships
