Company Description

Have you ever wondered why your favorite apps, social media content, and video games load in the blink of an eye? It's likely because of Gcore behind the scenes! Join a team that collaborates with industry giants like Intel, Dell, NVIDIA and Equinix to accelerate AI training, provide cutting-edge cloud services, and optimize content delivery. If you are passionate about transforming the internet and contributing to cutting-edge innovations, come join us at Gcore! We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for an experienced Product Director, Security to lead our growing suite of security products — including DDoS Protection, WAAP (Web Application and API Protection), and the broader Security portfolio.  You will own the strategy, roadmap, and P&L for the Security business line, driving growth, profitability, and innovation. This role is highly cross-functional — working closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to deliver world-class security solutions to customers globally.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Own the full P&L of the Security product line: define revenue targets, pricing strategy, and profitability roadmap.

  • Define and execute product strategy for the entire Security suite, including DDoS Protection, WAAP, Bot Management, and related services.

  • Drive revenue growth through tight collaboration with Sales and Marketing — supporting go-to-market strategies, product bundles, and vertical-specific offerings.

  • Build and maintain a competitive roadmap aligned with market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.

  • Partner with engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of features and improvements.

  • Establish clear KPIs for product adoption, customer satisfaction, and business performance.

  • Represent the product externally — with key customers, industry analysts, and at relevant conferences.

  • Foster a data-driven culture — making decisions based on usage analytics, win/loss data, and customer insights.

Qualifications

We Expect You to Have:

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of managing Security or Networking products, ideally DDoS protection, WAF/WAAP, or Edge Security services.

  • Strong business acumen and experience with P&L ownership.

  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity markets, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise customer needs.

  • Experience driving cross-functional initiatives between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Edge, CDN, or Cloud infrastructure companies.

  • Background in security architecture or technical cybersecurity solutions.
