Job Description
The Employee, reporting to the VP of Product Design or any other person designated for this purpose, will carry out the following duties within the Company:
Design intuitive and functional interfaces for the Company’s products, following a user-centred and impact-driven approach.
Actively participate in all stages of the design process: qualitative and quantitative research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, through to final delivery in production.
Embrace a maker mindset: explore ideas by making them tangible from the earliest stages. Rapidly prototype, test, iterate and share to move design forward through experimentation. The use of innovative tools, particularly those related to AI, is encouraged to speed up exploration and increase the range of possible solutions.
Translate ideas into clear visual concepts, storyboards, user scenarios, wireframes, prototypes and functional and design specifications, while adhering to the team’s quality standards.
Work closely with the Design Lead to plan, prioritise and coordinate design projects with autonomy.
Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Data teams and other stakeholders to ensure a shared vision and coherent execution, while maintaining high implementation quality.
Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of the user experience, drawing on user feedback, data and product goals.
Communicate design intent clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, through presentations, design reviews and detailed deliverables.
Qualifications
Extensive experience designing consumer products, content-driven platforms, internal tools, or AI-powered features, with a proven track record of shipping impactful solutions at scale and iterating based on real user insights.
A strong understanding of visual design, interaction design, and system-level thinking across web and mobile. Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Data, and Engineering leadership to define and drive product direction
Fluency with modern prototyping tools & approaches (Figma, code-based prototyping, etc.) and examples of new AI-powered adopted workflows
