  • Analyze and provide thoughtful recommendations on complex accommodations and leave matters in concert with our Benefits team.

  • Drive accountability, in partnership with the People Partners and BEI team, on organizational health issues and specific employee workplace conflicts and concerns, including conflicts with managers and organizations that have gaps in belonging and trust.

  • Provide training to relevant business partners and People team members on employee relations topics and best practices, including the nuances that exist within a global company.

  • Support the creation of new employee relations policies and processes, develop and iterate on existing ones, and maintain confidential ER data and documentation effectively, accurately, and in a timely manner.

  • Provide consultative guidance and conduct other duties as needed in support to various business and People teams.

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 4+ years of experience in employee relations, extensive employee relations expertise and in-depth knowledge of current ER legislation and best practices.

  • Experience leading a wide variety of complex employee investigations autonomously

  • Excellent decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and writing skills.

  • Experience partnering with legal teams and in-depth understanding of all aspects of US employment laws, regulations, policies, principles, concepts and practices, including ADA, ADEA and FMLA. Working knowledge of CA and NY employment laws and regulations. Working knowledge of global employment law is strongly preferred.

  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with compassion and equity.

  • Ability to work collaboratively, lead and influence at all levels within the organization, and make decisions while keeping all partners and leaders informed.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills.

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Ability to position yourself as a credible, proactive and a trusted thought-partner.

  • Knowledge of and experience with international labor & employment practices in major countries where we do business (UK, France, Germany, Singapore, Japan).

  • Experience in a pre IPO/ IPO or acquisition transition company.

  • Comfort with Google suite of tools, Figma products, and Workday.
