Coach managers on delivering meaningful feedback, managing performance challenges, and supporting career progression.
Contribute to employee development, engagement, and retention initiatives in collaboration with the Head of People and Talent team.
Drive initiatives related to organizational health, engagement, and belonging (e.g. engagement or NPS-style surveys, follow-ups, and action plans).
Operate & Support
Flex into People Operations tasks when needed, including onboarding, employee lifecycle support, and policy rollout.
Partner with People Ops, Finance, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of core people processes.
Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on HR-related topics, policies, and people processes.
Measure & Evolve
Use data and feedback (engagement metrics, turnover, qualitative insights) to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Take a builder’s mindset — experiment, iterate, and help scale people practices that work.
