Partner Solution Architect
Provide technical guidance to partners during sales cycles and post-launch, ensuring they have the necessary support to succeed. Collaborate with Partner Managers to develop and articulate the technical vision and strategy for partnerships, aligning with business goals. Align the partner's technical strategy with Accruent's product strategy and vision to ensure cohesive and mutually beneficial outcomes. Engage with internal resources to resolve partner support issues and assist in deal support, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving. Assist partners in understanding the technical roadmap to enhance their capabilities and offerings. Coordinate technical training and certifications with partners to empower them with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize our products and services. Support enterprise deals by influencing technical and business decision-makers, aligning technical solutions with business outcomes and revenue impact. Articulate competitive differentiation and position solutions effectively against alternatives in the market. Co-sell with partners, aligning technical strategies with joint go-to-market initiatives to drive mutual success. Bachelor's degree and 2+ years' experience in a technical consulting or similar role, preferably within a partnership or client-facing context. Strong technical background with expertise in the Accruent product portfolio. Experience working with or managing partnerships involving global consulting firms, system integrators, or Fortune 500 companies. Understanding of how large enterprises (especially in real estate, facilities management, or professional services) operate and make partnership decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights. Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence senior stakeholders at the C-suite and VP level. Strong customer engagement skills, with proven success in presenting to and collaborating with both partner and customer executives. Commercial acumen and ownership, with the ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes and revenue impact. Familiarity with partner-led business development motions, including account mapping and joint pipeline generation. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Background in SaaS, Protech, Asset Management, or enterprise technology environments preferred. Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Remote work capability with a willingness to travel to partners and internal meetings.
