Research and identify potential websites, blogs, and online platforms for backlink opportunities.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish relationships with website owners, bloggers, and influencers.
Craft compelling outreach emails and messages to pitch link placement opportunities.
Negotiate and secure high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.
Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.
Conduct online meetings, as needed, to negotiate link acquisition from Japanese publishers, leveraging effective communication and negotiation skills to secure valuable backlinks.
Collaborate with the content team to create link-worthy content and assets.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and link building and SEO best practices.
Track and report on the performance of outreach campaigns and backlink acquisition efforts.
Continuously optimize outreach strategies and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
Proven experience in outreach, link building, or digital PR, preferably in an SEO agency or digital marketing environment.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and link-building strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with website owners and bloggers.
Proficiency in email outreach tools and CRM systems.
Fluency in Japanese at a native level is mandatory.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze outreach performance metrics.
