Outbound Booking Representative
As an Outbound Booking Representative, you will proactively call customers based on data-driven segments to schedule upcoming appointments, ensuring a full schedule for the following day. Here’s what you’ll be focusing on:
Make outbound calls to targeted customers for next-day bookings.
Utilize analytics-based customer lists to maximize conversion.
Optimize daily appointment scheduling for efficiency.
Outbound Follow-Up Recurring Sales Representative
As a Follow-Up Recurring Sales Representative, you will focus on retaining customers by reaching out post-service, addressing concerns, and encouraging long-term scheduling. Here’s what you’ll be focusing on:
Follow up with past customers to encourage rebooking.
Build relationships and foster loyalty among pet parents.
Gather feedback and address any service concerns.
Online Booking Associate
In this role, you will review online bookings, confirm their accuracy, and reach out to customers to clarify details as needed. Here’s what you’ll be focusing on:
Validate online appointments and verify customer details.
Contact customers with unusual bookings for confirmation.
Reduce service refusal by ensuring eligibility before the appointment date.
Outbound Calendar Coordinator
In this role, you’ll help maximize daily revenue by maintaining calendar hygiene, optimized to drive bookings and support efficient scheduling with revenue always first in mind. You’ll audit unconfirmed appointments and appointment holds, follow up on missed opportunities, and monitor Slack channels for booking-related updates or requests that may impact the daily schedule. This role bridges the gap between operations and sales by ensuring every bookable moment is utilized. Here’s what you’ll be focusing on:
Review and resolve all unconfirmed appointments and calendar holds to prevent potential revenue loss.
Identify and act on same-day move-up opportunities not captured by automation to maintain calendar accuracy and maximize availability.
Reduce open time slots and optimize calendar flow with revenue top of mind.
Follow up on appointments disrupted by callouts or scheduling changes, ensuring unresponsive customers are re-engaged and the visit is rebooked within the month to retain revenue.
Monitor and respond to sales-related Slack tags across operations channels.
Call customers with upcoming appointments and offer earlier slots
Ensure efficient utilization of groomer availability.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in a client-facing, BPO, customer service, or voice-based role
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and comfortable leading conversations with confidence
Detail-oriented with a knack for staying organized and accurate
Resourceful and proactive—you don’t wait for answers, you find them
Excellent time management and ability to multitask in a fast-moving setup
Strong critical thinking mindset for ongoing improvement
Bonus: Experience in scheduling, outbound follow-ups, or online chat is a big plus!
Compensation
Competitive Hourly Rate: $5/hr - $8/hr, based on experience.
