As our next Operations Solution Consultant, you'll empower our partners to run their MSP businesses like clockwork. Your mission? Help them unlock peak operational efficiency using cutting-edge SaaS toolsâand a solid dose of your strategic coaching. Youâll shape smarter business processes, automate the boring stuff, and guide our partners toward real results through consultative selling.
This isnât your average âdemo and ditchâ roleâyouâll be the go-to expert on operations solutions across North America, inspiring partners to adopt cloud tech like pros. Weâre talking real impact, measurable outcomes, andâyesâreal commission.
đ ď¸ What Youâll Do (aka: Your Daily Ops Game Plan):
đŻ Conduct strategic benchmarking and planning sessions with partners that leave them saying âwhy didnât I do this sooner?â
đĄ Deliver powerful product demos that show exactly how our Operations SaaS solutions (RMM, PSA, IT Documentation tools, etc.) make MSPs more efficient and profitable.
đ¤ Partner closely with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and drive adoption of Pax8 cloud solutions.
âď¸ Log everything in Salesforce (youâre a pro at it anyway), track your deals, and make data-driven decisions.
đ§ Stay sharp on industry trends, new tools, and operational strategies that make MSPs tick.
đ Hitâand exceedâmonthly sales goals, keeping the pipeline full and the momentum high.
đ§ What You Bring to the Table (must haves):
â 5+ years of SaaS or B2B sales experience (youâve been in the trenches and know how to win deals).
â Youâve lived in the world of RMMs, PSAs, CPQs, or IT documentation toolsâbonus points for exposure to the MSP space.
â Youâve hit quotas, crushed goals, and probably have a few sales trophies collecting dust.
â Comfortable talking shop about IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, SaaS architecture, and CRM systems (especially Salesforce).
â Microsoft 365 is second nature to you. LinkedIn is your playground for business development.
