Operations Associate - RCM Special Projects
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate, RCM Special Projects to join our Insurance Operations team, focused on supporting high-impact revenue cycle projects. In this role, you’ll help build and maintain the systems that enable our provider network to thrive. You’ll support the processes that get providers in-network with insurance companies and help ensure they’re reimbursed for the vital care they deliver. Your work will be essential to keeping operations smooth and scalable as we grow.
This is a great opportunity if you:
Enjoy digging into problems and figuring out how things work
Are comfortable using tools, spreadsheets, and systems to organize work and improve processes
Want to develop your skills in healthcare operations, tech-enabled workflows, and project coordination
Thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments
As you grow into the role, you’ll gain exposure to multiple parts of the business and may take ownership of cross-functional projects. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, grow, and become a go-to resource for the team over time.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Support and improve key workflows that keep our operations running smoothly. You'll help build automations using no-code tools or work closely with Engineering to bring new features to life. Your contributions will directly help us expand access to care across the country.
Dive into data to help us make smart decisions. You'll assist in pulling reports, analyzing trends, and turning insights into action that supports the Insurance Operations team and other departments at Grow.
Track and monitor the health of our operations. You’ll learn how to own key metrics, flag when something’s off, and partner with the team to troubleshoot and improve our processes.
Collaborate across teams like Growth, Customer Support, and Technology to make sure our systems stay efficient, scalable, and patient-centered as we grow.
The base compensation range for this position is $73,000 - $77,000 USD.
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Are:
A Problem Solver - You bring 1–2 years of experience in revenue cycle or healthcare operations, and you enjoy untangling messy problems. You’ve used tools like Excel, dashboards, or other analytics platforms to spot patterns, analyze trends, and help improve workflows. You’re comfortable applying structured problem-solving approaches and are excited to sharpen that skill set further.
Mission-Driven - You’re motivated by work that makes a real impact. You understand that behind every process we build is a person trying to access care—and you never lose sight of that. You’re eager to contribute to Grow Therapy’s mission of making mental health care more accessible.
Adaptable & Agile - You have at least a year of experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable when priorities shift, and you can reassess, adjust, and move forward without missing a beat. You view change as an opportunity, not a setback.
A Team Player - You’ve worked on cross-functional projects and know that the best ideas often come from many perspectives. You communicate openly, value feedback (both giving and receiving), and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Confident and curious - You’re confident using Excel or Google Sheets—writing formulas, building pivot tables, and pulling insights from data. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in SQL or automation tools like HubSpot or Zapier—but if not, we’re happy to teach. We care more about your potential than checking every box.
If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
